Evisions Marketing Inc. ("EVISIONS") has published
this PRIVACY Policies page in an effort to enhance
the use of the Internet by promoting responsible
use and in an effort to provide a reliable, high-quality
service to its customers. In regard, EVISIONS
requires its customers and other third-party
users (collectively, its "USERS") to utilize
our services, websites and networks responsibly
and in compliance with all applicable state laws
(within Arizona) and the terms of our privacy

EVISIONS currently owns and operates.

and referring Web site addresses. This information
is used by EVISIONS to maintain and improve the
quality of the service and to generate statistics
regarding use of any of EVISIONS operating websites.
Choice "OPT IN"
EVISIONS collects information on it's USERS through
various methods of "OPT IN". USERS acknowledge
and agree that at the point of OPT IN, USERS
are considered a potential, current or future
client or USER of EVISIONS. USERS acknowledge
and agree that EVISIONS may contact USERS based
on this method by EVISIONS through any owned
and operated site of EVISIONS.
USERS have the right to OPT OUT by letting EVISIONS
know that USER is not interested in EVISIONS
products and or service offerings.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the USERS
hard drive containing information about the USER.
Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any
personally identifiable information while on
our site. Once the user closes their browser,
a cookie simply terminates. For instance, by
setting a cooking for EVISIONS, the user would
not have to log in a password more than once,
thereby saving time while on our site. If a USER
rejects the cookie, they may still use our site
however without cookies the USER may not have
access to certain features on our site. Cookies
can also enable EVISIONS to track and target
the interests of our USERS to enhance the experience
